Zerza\u2019s successor will be WMG\u2019s fourth CEO since 2023. Before joining Warner, he was the president and COO of RCA Music Group. With Warner Records CEO Aaron Bay-Schuck, the duo led a respected turnaround for the storied label, garnering a reputation in the record business for a strong artist development system with stars like Zach Bryan, Benson Boone and Sombr.
