Feltheimer\u2019s 2026 compensation included an unchanged $1.5 million base salary, but his bonus rose to $6.5 million, against a $1.2 million bonus in fiscal 2025 and an $11 million bonus for fiscal 2024.<\/p>\n<p>\n\tDuring the latest financial year, Lionsgate had two box office hits in <em>Michael <\/em>and <em>The Housemaid, <\/em>and virtually all its scripted TV series were renewed for additional seasons. Feltheimer received $10.6 million in stock awards last year, compared with $6.7 million in year-earlier stock awards and $5.42 million in fiscal 2024.<\/p>\n<p>\n\tFeltheimer received no option awards or non-equity incentive plan compensation in each of the last three years. His contract was extended through 2031, with the three tranches of stock options included in that contract vesting only if Lionsgate stock reaches target prices of $17.50, $20.00 and $22.50, respectively.<\/p>\n<p>\n\tThat keeps Feltheimer in the CEO post he has filled since March 2000 alongside vice chairman Michael Burns.
