Brown was joined by a co-defendant, his vocal coach Omololu Akinlolu, who also performs under the name of Hoody Baby.<\/p>\n<p>\n\tBoth of them were initially set to face a trial over assault and grievous bodily harm charges, but the charges were later dropped. Brown also faced a charge of having an offensive weapon \u2014\u00a0a tequila bottle, according to reports \u2014\u00a0though that was later dropped, too.<\/p>\n<p>\n\tAkinlolu pleaded guilty to affray. Judge Tony Baumgartner scheduled the sentencing hearing for Oct. 26 later this year.<\/p>\n<p>Read more <a href=\"https:\/\/uspropertymoves.com\/?p=4212\">Spain Scores World Cup Docuseries at Prime Video<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\n\tThe BBC said that Brown was ordered to pay a \u00a35 million security fee as part of his bail conditions at earlier hearings, which also allowed him to go on a world tour \u2014\u00a0as long as he surrendered his passport on arrival in each country. \u201cThank you for coming and supporting me,\u201d he said to fans in Manchester while on tour last year. \u201cAnd thank you to the jail,\u201d he said, referring to his time in custody. \u201cIt was really nice.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\n\tIn the U.K., affray is a public order offense where the defendant uses or threatens unlawful violence against another person in a manner that would cause a \u201chypothetical bystander\u201d to fear for their own safety.<\/p>\n<p>\n\tAccording to the PA news agency, Brown\u2019s fans held signs of support outside the London court today. One of them shouted, \u201cI love you Chris\u201d as he walked by.<\/p>\n<p>\n\tThe Grammy-winning artist has spent time in prison before \u2014\u00a0in Los Angeles \u2014\u00a0for a probation violation.
