But she also shares a secret romantic relationship with another man, Andreas. \u201cAfter years of secrecy, the fragile balance of her double life begins to unravel,\u201d reads a synopsis. \u201cAs a role model to her daughter, she struggles to navigate her existential quest \u2013 a journey filled with body fluids, intimacy, Greek mythology, laughter, madness, and clumsiness.\u201d In the process, Kate struggles to redefine love.<\/p>\n<p>Kathrine Thorborg Johansen (<em>Post Mortem: No One Dies in Skarnes<\/em>) stars as Kate, Simon Sears (<em>Shadow and Bone<\/em>) is husband Orla, and Anders Danielsen Lie (<em>Sentimental Value<\/em>, <em>Everybody Digs Bill Evans<\/em>, <em>The Worst Person in the World<\/em>) portrays Andreas. Young Noemi Carbone Mannov plays Athena, and Angeliki Papoulia (<em>Dogtooth<\/em>, <em>The Lobster<\/em>) also features in the cast.<\/p>\n<p>\n\tProduced by Anna-Maria Kantarius, <em>Brave New Love<\/em> features cinematography by Maria Von Hausswolff, with editing handled by Julius Krebs Damsbo.
