Nolan\u2019s follow-up was revealed to be an adaptation of Homer\u2019s epic poem <em>The Odyssey<\/em>, which follows Greek king Odysseus on his 10-year journey home to Ithaca after the Trojan War as he attempts to reunite with his wife, Penelope, and son, Telemachus.<\/p>\n<p>\n\tFor the ambitious adaptation, Nolan assembled a mix of longtime collaborators, including Matt Damon, Anne Hathaway and Robert Pattinson, alongside actors making their first film with the director.
