(<em>Power: Origins<\/em> is the direct sequel series to <em>Power Book III: Raising Kanan<\/em>. Sascha Penn, who created and ran the writers room on <em>Raising Kanan<\/em>, will also showrun\u00a0<em>Power: Origins<\/em>.)<\/p>\n<p>\n\tOmari Hardwick and Joseph Sikora played Ghost (real name James St. Patrick) and Tommy, respectively, on the OG <em>Power<\/em> series. Season one of <em>Power: Origins<\/em> remains in production in New Jersey.<\/p>\n<p>\n<em>Power: Origins<\/em> will cover the origin stories of Ghost and Tommy (and still Kanan) as \u201cambitious young entrepreneurs on the rise, determined to make their mark on the streets of New York City,\u201d per Starz. <em>Origins<\/em> is the fourth spinoff in the <em>Power<\/em> franchise \u2014 a fifth, <em>Power: Legacy<\/em>, was recently greenlit at Starz. Kemp, through her production company, End of Episode. Curtis \u201c50 Cent\u201d Jackson executive produces through G-Unit Film and Television, and Mark Canton does so through his Canton Entertainment.\u00a0Chris Selak and Pete Chatmon also serve as executive producers on\u00a0<em>Power: Origins<\/em>, which is produced by Lionsgate Television.<\/p>\n<p>\n\tIn TV order, the <em>Power<\/em> shows have gone:\u00a0<em>Power<\/em>,\u00a0<em>Power Book II: Ghost<\/em>,\u00a0<em>Power Book III: Raising Kanan<\/em>,\u00a0<em>Power Book IV: Force<\/em>, <em>Power: Origins<\/em>, and soon, <em>Power: Legacy.<\/em> In storyline, they go:\u00a0<em>Power Book III: Raising Kanan<\/em>,\u00a0<em>Power: Origins<\/em>,\u00a0<em>Power<\/em>,\u00a0Power Book II: Ghost, <i>Power Book IV: Force<\/i>, <em>Power: Legacy<\/em>.
