He is joined by Italian producer\u00a0Marco Alessi, founder of Rome-based Dugong Films and one of the producers of Bertrand Mandico\u2019s\u00a0<em>Roma Elastica<\/em>, which is part of this year\u2019s\u00a0out-of-competition lineup, French actress\u00a0Lolita Chammah (<em>Copacabana<\/em>,\u00a0<em>Barrage<\/em>), the daughter of\u00a0Isabelle Huppert, Chilean actress\u00a0Paulina Garc\u00eda (<em>Gloria<\/em>) and\u00a0Olivier P\u00e8re, the former artistic director of the Locarno Film Festival and now executive director of ARTE France Cin\u00e9ma and head of its cinema unit since 2012.\u00a0<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>The films in the Concorso\u00a0Cineasti\u00a0del\u00a0Presente, or Filmmakers of the Present, program dedicated to emerging directors, will be judged by\u00a0Tunisian\u00a0actress, director, producer and director\u00a0of the\u00a0Gab\u00e8s Cin\u00e9ma Fen festival\u00a0Afef Ben Mahmoud, Czech producer and director\u00a0Radovan\u00a0S\u00edbrt, responsible for shepherding\u00a0such international productions as the Oscar-winning\u00a0<em>Mr. Nobody Against Putin<\/em> and\u00a0Italian filmmaker\u00a0Margherita Spampinato (<em>Sweetheart<\/em>).\u00a0<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>Meanwhile, the Pardi di Domani\u00a0section, focused on the filmmakers of the future, will be evaluated by a jury made up of Lebanese director,\u00a0writer\u00a0and\u00a0actress\u00a0Mounia Akl (<em>Costa Brava, Lebanon<\/em>; <em>House of Guinness<\/em>),\u00a0South African producer\u00a0Steven Markovitz\u00a0(<em>Rafiki<\/em>,\u00a0<em>Omen<\/em>)\u00a0and\u00a0Italian\u00a0director\u00a0Antonio Piazza (<em>Sicilian Letters<\/em>).<\/p>\n<p>Read more <a href=\"https:\/\/uspropertymoves.com\/?p=3662\">\u2018Love Island USA\u2019 Contestant Jen Terry Signs With Motive (Exclusive)<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\n\tThe First Feature jury, honoring the best debut in the festival\u2019s lineup\u00a0with the Swatch First Feature Award, is comprised of\u00a0Matthieu Darras, director of\u00a0Tatino, who has programmed for Cannes, Venice, San Sebasti\u00e1n\u00a0and\u00a0TorinoFilmLab;\u00a0Sung Moon, the Jeonju International Film Festival programmer and former\u00a0member\u00a0of the Korean Film Council; and Swiss-Peruvian filmmaker\u00a0Klaudia Reynicke (<em>Queens<\/em>).\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\n\tThe Pardo for Change honor \u201creflects Locarno\u2019s commitment to cinema that engages with pressing environmental, ethical, social, and cultural questions of broad social relevance.\u201d\u00a0Its jury includes\u00a0Gianluca Grossi, a freelance war reporter, writer and theater\u00a0author;\u00a0Somali-Austrian\u00a0filmmaker\u00a0Mo Harawe (<em>The Village Next\u00a0to Paradise<\/em>) and\u00a0Seta Thakur, head of communications and social innovation at the Wyss Academy for Nature.<\/p>\n<p>Read more <a href=\"https:\/\/uspropertymoves.com\/?p=3660\">Daveigh Chase\u2019s Mother Seeks Control of Late Actress\u2019 $400,000 Estate<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\n\tSaid Giona A.
