Using his Willy Wonka chest of culinary tricks, Guichon has created a whole foosball table, dragons, motorcycles and life-sized animals crafted entirely from chocolate, among other stunning builds.<\/p>\n<p>\n\tKnown online as The Chocolate Guy, Guichon hosted Netflix\u2019s <em>School of Chocolate<\/em>, where eight dessert specialists competed with their own chocolate builds for a cash prize and the chance to teach a master class at his pastry academy. He also co-hosted\u00a0<em>Dessert Masters\u00a0<\/em>in Australia and has appeared as a recurring judge on baking competition shows like Food Network\u2019s <em>The Ultimate Baking Championship\u00a0<\/em>and\u00a0<em>Super Mega Cakes<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>\n\tGuichon, whose creations combine classic French culinary mastery and showmanship, was named the world\u2019s most creative pastry chef by La Liste, the prestigious guide for restaurants, hotels and pastry shops.
