\nLove Island USA<\/em> viewers are going to have to wait a little longer for the first fan vote of the season.<\/p>\n

\n\tOn Tuesday night, shortly after episode seven aired on Peacock, the show announced that voting had opened for fans on the Love Island USA<\/em> app. However, when some viewers went to vote, they were met with glitches and a message that read \u201cnetwork error.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cVote tonight to choose which Islanders the new Bombshells \u2014 Sol, Jen, and Caleb \u2014 should couple up with! Voting opens at 10:30 p.m. ET\/7:30 p.m. PT and closes at 1 a.m. E.T.\/10 p.m. PT. Voting is open in the U.S. only. Link in our bio,\u201d Love Island USA<\/em> posted on its official Instagram shortly after 7 p.m. PT. <\/p>\n

\n\tFans were quick to express their frustration on social media. \u201cAlright yall cutting into my bed time not having this app working!\u201d one user wrote in the comments on the social post. Another person added, \u201cNetwork error on the app I\u2019m gonna lose it. Better extend that voting.\u201d A fan also wrote on X, \u201cAnyone else having issues with voting? Keepings [sic] saying network error.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tSome people noted on social media that the vote eventually worked for them after they redownloaded the app or kept refreshing.<\/p>\n

\nThe Hollywood Reporter<\/em> has reached out to Peacock for more information on when the issue is expected to be resolved.<\/p>\n

\n\tFan votes throughout the season allow viewers to shape the show by deciding which couples stay, who goes on dates with bombshells and which Islanders they want to see sent home.<\/p>\n
