Freeman has a growing social media presence – 668,000 followers on Instagram and nearly 40,000 on TikTok – where she offers family updates. With The Team, she will look to expand business opportunities across brand partnerships, sports, fashion, lifestyle, media and entertainment. Freeman is also looking to expand on-camera opportunities after she recently hosted the 2026 All Star red carpet for Major League Baseball, where she interviewed athletes, celebrities and sports personalities.
“I’m really excited for this next chapter and to be joining The Team. I’ve always been intentional about the partnerships and projects I take on, and I’m looking forward to expanding into new opportunities that feel authentic to me and my family. I’m so grateful for everything we’ve built so far and excited for what’s ahead,” Freeman said in a statement.

“We are excited to welcome Chelsea to The Team and help build on the incredible platform she has already established,” said Hannah Haarala Jones, senior vp, of The Team’s creators unit, in a statement. “Chelsea has a unique ability to authentically connect sports, fashion, lifestyle and family, while bringing a perspective that is distinctly her own. We see tremendous opportunity to build alongside her and expand what that platform can become across entertainment, media, brands and beyond.”
