‘Love Island USA’ Cast Member TJ Palma Signs With CAA (Exclusive)
Thomas ‘TJ’ Palma, of Love Island USA, has signed with CAA for representation.
The popular Islander from season 7 of the popular Peacock reality series also recently appeared on the spinoff Love Island: Beyond The Villa. The Hollywood talent agency will look to grow business opportunities beyond television for Palma, including in the lifestyle, hospitality, entrepreneurship and men’s fashion spaces.

While contending on Love Island USA, Palma entered the villa on Day 14, and made his exit from the island on Day 24. That competition allowed Palma, a lifestyle creator, entrepreneur and real estate investor from Pleasantville, New York, to gain a massive social media following and fan base.
He has just over 846,000 followers on TikTok, 380,000 followers on Instagram and another 825,000 subscribers on YouTube for his digital videos. Much of that video content features Iris Kendall, whom Palma met on Love Island USA season 7 and formed a bond before his exit that led to a real-world romance.
Both Palma and Kendall made the cast for Love Island: Beyond the Villa, which follows former Islanders as they return to their homes after a life-altering summer in Fiji and navigate their newfound fame. Palma continues to operate a successful short-term rental business for around 20 properties across Tampa, Florida.
With hands-on experience in property acquisition, design, guest experience and scaling a hospitality-focused business, Palma is looking for additional business opportunities.

“He has cultivated a loyal and highly engaged audience by sharing an authentic look into his life across fashion, fitness, travel, business, and everyday moments. His signature ‘guy’s guy’ personality and approachable confidence make his content both aspirational and relatable, whether he’s touring a new property, sharing business insights, training in the gym or exploring a new destination,” CAA said in a statement about Palma as an entrepreneur.
His signing with CAA comes as Love Island USA has become a major hunting ground for Hollywood talent agencies looking for new clients. Trinity Tatum, winner of Love Island USA season 8, quickly signed with WME for representation, while fellow season 8 winner Bryce Alakai, a model and DJ, signed with United Talent Agency for global representation.
Fellow Love Island USA season 8 contestant Jen Terry signed with Motive as Hollywood talent agencies look to bring on board reality TV series contestants soon after they command the attention of series fans.
