The “Aperture” singer kicked off his latest tour on Saturday, May 16 in Amsterdam, playing a second show in the same city on Sunday, May 17. Fans who attended the concerts took to social media to share their frustrations, specifically those who bought pit tickets and were left with obstructed views.

“We’ve heard concerns from some fans regarding sightline obstructions on the floor,” a statement shared to Styles’ official update Instagram page Harry Styles HQ wrote on Instagram Wednesday. “We want every person in the room to have the best experience possible, and we are actively working on making adjustments to improve visibility, while keeping everyone’s safety a priority.”

The statement continued, “Beginning Friday, the front bridges will be altered in Amsterdam and London. For future venues, we are working as quickly as possible to make adjustments that also fit within safety code and local compliance. In the meantime, temporary barricade adjustments have been made to the left & right front GA pits for tonight’s show to improve stage visibility.”

After tickets for the Grammy Award winner’s latest tour went on sale in late January, fans also critiqued the show’s high ticket prices. Demand for the seats likely came because this is Styles’ first time on the road since his Love on Tour ended in 2023.

For his Together, Together Tour, Styles is only playing at one venue in the United States (Madison Square Garden) and two in Europe, which has also led to criticism from fans who have to make travel plans to attend his shows.

At the end of the statement released by Styles’ team, they thanked fans “for your patience, understanding, and for being part of Together, Together with us. We love dancing with all our friends.”
