Terry, a model-turned-TV personality, is looking to the Los Angeles-based management company to find new opportunities across entertainment, fashion, beauty, lifestyle and brand partnerships, while also exploring new small screen gigs.
“I’m thrilled to start this next chapter with Motive after Love Island. The show opened so many doors for me, and I’m excited to use my platform to lift people up and be a positive voice for everyone following along. Can’t wait to see what’s next!” Terry said in a statement to The Hollywood Reporter.
Before her TV debut, Terry as a model appeared in campaigns for major brands like Guess, SKIMS and Tecovas.
“We’re thrilled to welcome Jen to Motive. Love Island introduced audiences to her personality, but we think that’s just the starting line. Jen is that rare mix of aspirational and relatable, and people connect with her humor, her style, and the way she shows up as herself. We see a real runway to turn the platform she’s built into a long-term career across brand partnerships, fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and entertainment,” Max Fleming, founder and CEO of Motive, added in his own statement.

After Terry entered the villa earlier in the season as a bombshell, alongside Caleb McDaniel and Sol Mýa, she initially got coupled up with Gabriel Vasconcelos due to a fan vote. Though the latter was later dumped from the island, Terry found another romantic spark with Gal Tshnieder during Casa Amor. However, their relationship didn’t last long, as Tshnieder ultimately informed her that she wanted to explore other options. But it was his comment, referring to Terry as “aggressive” that sparked backlash from viewers.
Though Terry was dumped from the villa during episode 27, when Tshnieder chose to recouple with Amora Robinson, the latter couple followed shortly behind Terry when their fellow Islanders chose to dump them later that same night. Post-Love Island USA, Terry and Tshnieder have actually been thriving, leaning into their messy onscreen breakup by collaborating on a humorous photoshoot that featured Terry throwing coffee in his face. And it’s safe to say that fans have been enjoying their playful reunion.
Love Island USA season eight premiered June 2 and saw Vanderpump Rules alum Ariana Madix return as host for the third time, and alongside narrator Iain Stirling. After their final Love Island USA dates during the finale, Islanders Trinity and Bryce emerged as the season 8 winners.
