All the Actors Who Earned Double 2026 Emmy Acting Noms: Jason Bateman, Colman Domingo, Laurie Metcalf, More

There are a handful of stars who earned multiple acting nominations for the 2026 Emmy Awards.

Among those nominated for several projects are Jason Bateman, Colman Domingo, Laurie Metcalf, Nick Offerman and Matthew Rhys. They follow in Catherine O’Hara (The StudioThe Last of Us) and Julianne Nicholson’s (HacksParadise) footsteps, as they scored multiple nods last year.

This year’s winners will be revealed at the 78th Emmy Awards, which will air live on Sept. 14 at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT on NBC and stream live on Peacock, as well as the Creative Arts Emmys , which will take place on Sept. 5 and Sept. 6. See all the 2026 Emmy nominations here.

Below, The Hollywood Reporter is highlighting all the stars who received multiple acting nominations at this year’s Emmy Awards.

  • Jason Bateman

    Jason Bateman was nominated for best actor in a limited or anthology series or movie for his role as Vince Friedkin in Netflix’s Black Rabbit and for best supporting actor in a limited or anthology series or movie for his role as Clark Forrest in HBO Max’s DTF St. Louis.

    He’s now received 18 Emmy nods across his career for acting, producing and directing, but has never won an acting Emmy. He previously won an Emmy in 2019 for directing Ozark.

  • Colman Domingo

    Colman Domingo earned nominations for best supporting actor in a comedy series for his role as Danny in The Four Seasons and for best guest actor in a drama series for his role as Ali in Euphoria.

    He’s been nominated for a total of four Emmys across his career, including winning in 2022 for his performance in Euphoria season two.

  • Laurie Metcalf

    Laurie Metcalf earned nominations for best supporting actress in a limited or anthology series or movie for her role as Augusta Gein in Netflix’s Monster: The Ed Gein Story and for best guest actress in a comedy series for her role as Weed in HBO Max’s Hacks.

    She’s received a total of 14 Emmy nominations across her career, taking home four wins, including for Hacks in 2022 and Roseanne in 1992, 1993 and 1994.

  • Nick Offerman

    Nick Offerman was nominated for best supporting actor in a comedy series for his role as Jinx Millet in Apple TV’s Margo’s Got Money Troubles and for best supporting actor in a limited or anthology series or movie for his role as Chester Arthur in Netflix’s Death By Lightning.

    He’s received six Emmy noms throughout his career, including winning in 2023 for The Last of Us.

  • Matthew Rhys

    Matthew Rhys received acting nominations for best actor in a comedy series for Mayor Tom Loftis in Apple TV’s Widow’s Bay and for best actor in a limited or anthology series or movie for his role as Nile Jarvis in Netflix’s The Beast In Me.

    He’s received a total of 8 Emmy nods across acting and producing, including winning in 2018 for The Americans.
